They do low cost spay and neuter. They have a mobile unit that
travels to destinations offering their services.

Team of Veterinarians and staff, consists of 3 Hospitals and 5 well-equipped trucks, servicing St Johns, Putnam, Flagler and parts of Clay and Volusia counties. Low cost Spay and Neuter Services. Thanks to the concern and care of veterinarian Dr. Gary Shelton in Elkton, our animals receive the very best of medical care with consideration for our status as a volunteer group. Without his help, our animals could not thrive as they do.
