Beloved Sanctuary Animals

Goliath and Be-Be's World's sanctuary is located on 45
acres in Madison County, Florida. It offers itself as a safe haven to
horses, dogs, cats, birds, goats, donkey, pigs, guinea pigs, sugar
gliders, African tortoise and even chinchillas. They will live the rest of
their lives here. Everyone of these little faces has a story behind them.
They have come to us for many reasons, health and behavioral problems are
the reason most of them are here.

| Nedra Wooley, our president and Chuck
Fritz reside at and run the sanctuary. They have devoted their lives to
this cause. There are no vacations or getting away for a weekend. There
are literally hundreds of animals being cared for. Nedra is in charge
of medicating the animals in need. This is a huge job in itself. She
also takes care of the horses, donkey, goats and the animals within
close proximity to the house. Chuck takes care of everything else.
Feeding the dogs in the kennels by the big barn, 3 catteries, pigs, the
feral dogs, etc. and maintains the property. In the summer when the
grass is growing we have help with mowing. |

It is very difficult to have volunteers at the sanctuary, as we
wouldn't want to put anyone in harms way. You have to remember these animals
have been deemed unadoptable. Not everyone is in a good mood! We have plenty
that are sweet too. They just never understood housebreaking, have medical
problems, are biters or just old.
We are very fortunate to provide a safe haven
for these once abandoned or neglected animals.
